heedback is priced flat, per workspace. Every plan includes all four modules — boards, roadmap, changelog and surveys — with unlimited admin seats and unlimited tracked end-users. Your bill never grows with your team or your audience.

When a feature is unavailable on your current plan, select View plans to open Billing for the active workspace. Billing shows your current plan and the upgrades presently available.

Plans are a ladder: Startup is Free plus more room and your branding, Team is everything in Startup plus scale and depth, Enterprise is everything in Team plus the procurement requirements.
Enterprise is a live plan, priced from $299/mo, and enforced single sign-on is a real part of it rather than a promise — it's built, and your plan is what switches it on. It isn't self-serve: tell us what your security review needs and we set the plan up for you. SAML, SCIM provisioning and finer-grained roles are contract commitments we're building towards, not shipped features — the SSO page says exactly which is which.
What we never charge for
Two things competitors commonly gate, heedback never does:
- Seats and tracked users — unlimited on every plan, Free included.
- Modules — boards, roadmap, changelog and surveys are all on every plan. Surveys and survey responses are unlimited too, not a paid add-on.
Plans differ only on board/portal count, branding removal, per-module depth (scheduling, CSV feedback import, private boards, private roadmap, changelog audience segments, survey trend dashboards, targeting and CSV export, verified customer identity, recording feedback for a customer, internal notes, duplicate detection, the public API, webhooks and the MCP server), governance, and reliability commitments.
Early access
heedback is in early access, so nothing is billed yet. Every new workspace automatically gets a 90-day free trial of Team, no card required. When the trial ends the workspace moves to the Free plan. Nothing is charged, and we'll email every workspace before any paid plan begins.
Before the trial ends
You're told twice, starting 7 days before the end date:
- A strip across the top of the dashboard, under the top bar, with the end date in your own time zone. It stays for the last 7 days and can't be dismissed.
- One email to the workspace owner, with the end date in UTC and the same list as below.
What changes when it ends
Two things stop working: API keys and webhooks. API requests are refused and webhook events are no longer sent, from the moment the trial ends. Your keys and endpoints are kept, and work again on Team. If something of yours depends on either, this is the part to plan for.
Everything else you set up keeps running. You just can't add to it:

After it ends
The dashboard shows a strip saying the trial ended and what changed. Anyone who can change workspace settings can dismiss it, and it stays dismissed for the whole workspace.
Select View plans on either strip to open Billing for the workspace, which shows your current plan and whatever upgrades are available at that point.
Billing
Billing runs through accounts.frugalsaas.com, which owns your workspace, teammates and (when it goes live) your subscription. Upgrades, invoices and payment methods will all live there.
