heedback is priced flat, per workspace. Every plan includes all four modules — boards, roadmap, changelog and surveys — with unlimited admin seats and unlimited tracked end-users. Your bill never grows with your team or your audience.

Plans are a ladder: Startup is Free plus more room and your branding, Team is everything in Startup plus scale and depth, Enterprise is everything in Team plus the procurement requirements.
What we never charge for
Two things competitors commonly gate, heedback never does:
- Seats and tracked users — unlimited on every plan, Free included.
- Modules — boards, roadmap, changelog and surveys are all on every plan. Surveys and survey responses are unlimited too, not a paid add-on.
Plans differ only on board/portal count, branding removal, per-module depth (scheduling, private boards, private roadmap, changelog audience segments, survey trend dashboards, targeting and CSV export, verified customer identity, the public API and webhooks), governance, and reliability commitments.
Early access
heedback is in early access, so nothing is billed yet — every plan is free today. On top of that, every new workspace automatically gets a 90-day free trial of Team, no card required. If the trial ends before billing goes live, the workspace simply stays on Free until you choose to upgrade.
We'll give every workspace clear notice before any paid plan begins. You can change plans at any time.
Billing
Billing runs through accounts.frugalsaas.com, which owns your workspace, teammates and (when it goes live) your subscription. Upgrades, invoices and payment methods will all live there.
