Import feedback
You can move existing feedback posts into a Heedback board from a CSV file. Open the board in your dashboard, choose Import CSV beside Add feedback, and select a UTF-8 CSV file. Heedback previews the number of posts, a few titles, and any columns it will ignore. Choose Import posts after the preview looks right.
CSV import is available on Startup and Team plans. On Free, the board shows a disabled Import CSV button with the plan requirement.
The file can contain up to 500 posts and be at most 512 KiB. The first row must contain column names. Title or Post Title is required. These columns are optional:

Bulk edit,"Select and update several records",Open,3,2025-06-02,Status names must already exist in your workspace. Dates must use YYYY-MM-DD or an ISO 8601 timestamp. Heedback checks the entire file before importing; if it finds an invalid row, it shows the row number and imports nothing. Edit the file and upload it again. Uploading the exact same file to the same board twice will not create duplicate posts.
Scores are historical totals. Heedback keeps them when new users vote or posts are merged, but a CSV does not identify the people behind those old votes. Imported author names are display text; they are not verified customer profiles and do not receive status emails. CSV import also does not carry comments, attachments, tags, subscriptions, or custom field values.
