heedbackdocs

Introduction

heedback is a product-adoption suite that closes the whole feedback loop: listen → plan → announce → measure. Collect ideas, decide what to build, tell people when it ships, and measure how it landed — from one workspace, with unlimited teammates and no per-seat pricing.

The four modules

  • Boards & posts — public boards where users post ideas, vote, and comment. This is where you listen.
  • Roadmap — group posts by status so everyone can see what's planned, in progress, and shipped. This is where you plan.
  • Changelog — announce what you shipped and notify subscribers by email. This is where you announce.
  • Surveys — targeted in-app microsurveys (NPS, CSAT, and more) to measure how features land. This is where you measure.

Every module shares one identity for your end-users, so a person who votes on a board, appears on your roadmap, and answers a survey is the same tracked respondent throughout.

Getting started

  1. Sign in at accounts.frugalsaas.com and create a workspace.
  2. Create your first board (see Boards & posts).
  3. Share the public board link, or embed the widget on your site, and start collecting feedback.

Public pages and the widget

Everything your users interact with — boards, roadmap, changelog, surveys — is available two ways: as hosted public pages under your workspace URL, and through an embeddable widget you drop onto your own site. Both stay in sync with what you manage in the dashboard.
