Introduction
Hintuition is the in-app message layer for your product. Where a feedback tool listens, Hintuition tells — announcements, feature nudges, trial reminders, incident notices — shown to the right people, at the right moment, without shipping a release.
Every message is one thing: an experience. You give it something to say, choose how it appears, decide who should see it and how often, and publish.
What you can do today
- Write experiences as a modal, a slideout, a banner, a tooltip or a hotspot
- Give each one a title, a message, and an optional button
- Walk people through several steps in order, across pages if you like — they pick up where they left off (Multi-step flows)
- Limit it to a section of your app by URL
- Control how often it comes back, and what happens after someone dismisses it
- Keep drafts, publish when ready, and archive when it's done
- Point at a specific control by clicking it — open a page of your own app, click the element, and the tooltip or hotspot is anchored to it. No browser extension to install (Pointing at an element)
- Show them to your end users — one
<script>tag renders published experiences inside your own product (Install the snippet)
What isn't live yet
Everything above works end to end. What's still to come is richer authoring:
- Checklists, as their own surface type
- Goals and per-step analytics beyond the impression, dismissal and click figures you get today
We'd rather list these plainly than have you discover them missing.
What it costs
Pricing is per workspace, and end users are never metered — the thing every other tool in this category charges you for. Free includes 3 published experiences; paid plans are unlimited.
Drafts and archived experiences don't count toward the limit, so you can write as many as you like and only pay for what's live.
