Every experience shows how it is doing, on its own page — just under the Draft/Published control. There is nothing to turn on, and it is the same on every plan.

The numbers along the top
| Figure | What it counts |
|---|---|
| views | Times the experience was shown. One person seeing it three times is three. |
| people | How many different people saw it. Always the smaller number. |
| dismissed | People who closed it. |
| finished | People who reached the end. Multi-step tours only. |
views and people are different on purpose. A banner that reappears on every page load can have thousands of views and a few hundred people. If you only want one of them, people is usually the honest one.
The step funnel
A tour of more than one step also gets a bar per step, longest at the top. Each bar is labelled with that step's own title — with "Step 2 of 3" beside it, so you can still see where you are in the tour — and shows how many people got that far and what share of the first bar that is. It is the quickest way to see where a tour loses people, without counting down the step list to work out which bar is which.
A step you have added but not yet written has no title, so its bar falls back to "Step 2 of 3" on its own. A very long title is shortened with an "…" to keep it clear of the numbers; the Table view underneath always has it in full.
The first bar means "was shown this." Anyone who saw the tour at all counts in it, whether or not they pressed anything. So the first bar and people always agree.
Finishing does not remove anyone from the earlier bars. Someone who completed a three-step tour counts in all three. The bars can only get shorter going down, never longer.
Next to the funnel there is a Table view with the same numbers as text, for screen readers or for copying out.
Editing a tour changes what its old numbers mean
The funnel records which slot in the tour someone reached, not which step. That matters when you edit a tour that already has people in it:
- Reorder two steps and the bars stay with the slots, not the content. If 500 people reached your second step and you then move a different step into second place, those 500 will show against the new second step — under its title, even though that is not the step they saw.
- Delete a step and people who had only reached that step count toward the bars before it, and none after. That reading stays correct — they genuinely never reached whatever now sits later in the tour.
Neither case is retroactively fixable: what happened was recorded against the tour as it was at the time, so a bar's title is always the step that sits in that slot now. If a tour's shape is about to change a lot and its numbers matter to you, note them down first.
Where the numbers come from
They are counted by us, from the widget's own reports, and they are not audited. The widget runs in your users' browsers, so treat these as good operational figures rather than billing-grade ones.
There is no history limit. We keep the whole record on every plan, including the free one.
What is not here yet
- A time axis. Today's figures are running totals since the experience was published — there is no per-day or per-week chart yet.
- Goals, tying a tour to something that happened afterwards.
- Click-through on the button inside an experience.
