Slack integration

Open Accounts → Integrations with the intended workspace selected. The Slack card shows the Slack logo, connection status and connected Slack workspace name. Select Connect Slack to authorize it, or Disconnect to remove the connection. Only workspace owners and admins can connect, replace or disconnect Slack.

After connecting, open Heedback → Settings → Slack notifications to choose channels and notification routing. The connection belongs to the FrugalSaaS workspace, and stays stored when that workspace is archived. Archived workspaces cannot connect, disconnect or send product notifications until restored.

These customer notifications are separate from internal notifications sent to the FrugalSaaS team when you verify a public URL.
